RESEARCH THE COMPANY AND ROLE

Google the company so that you can learn about them prior to the interview. If you're able to talk about what you know about the business or role in your interview, then it will show the interviewer that you have a genuine interest in working there.

PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Research the journey time so that you know how long it will take you to get to the interview. Leave enough time to get there with plenty of time to spare.

PRACTICE USING THE STAR TECHNIQUE

Practice providing answers to some common interview questions using the STAR technique with the help of a friend/family member. As part of this, think about times where you may have worked in a group, had success, overcome challenges etc. which you can use in your answers.

PREPARE QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INTERVIEWER

At the end of the interview, your interviewer will ask you whether you have any questions - it's important that you ask one! You could ask them questions such as: how long have they worked for the company or what do they like about working there?
