Our Manufacturer Led Programme (MLP) is going from strength to strength and now now have agreements in place with four major vehicle manufacturers and two more going live in the next few weeks. Today, we are proud to introduce eight of our contractors, who completed a 5-day course at Henry Ford Academy in Daventry last Friday as part of Autotech Recruit’s MLP. They are now officially trained to Ford Service Technician level and will be working at Ford dealerships all over the country.

All our MLPs offer exciting training opportunities for all participating temporary vehicle technicians as all agreements include upskilling to Service Technician level for our contractors.
One of the participating manufacturers is already offering a second round of training with six of Autotech Recruit technicians soon training to become Diagnostic Technicians with the brand. What’s more, in the new year they wish to take these contractors to Master Technician level.
