Interestingly our clients' requirements are slightly different post lockdown, as we've had an increasing number of workshops asking us for Tester Techs.

Do you live (or be willing to work) in any of these locations* where we have contracts waiting to be filled? (*contracts in other areas are coming in daily)

What does this mean exactly?
In addition to MOT testing, you would undertake work such as used car sales prep, servicing, new car PDIs, MOT failure repairs and light vehicle maintenance work (brakes, shocks, etc) but WOULD NOT be asked to carry out heavy mechanical work such as engine rebuilds, timing belts, clutches or complicated diagnostics, etc.
And as a temporary contractor, you would enjoy all the benefits associated with being a contractor like enhanced levels of pay, flexible working days, and being your own boss!
