In the 10 years since we started Autotech Recruit, we have come a long way. We now have 30 employees, over 450 temporary contractors in our network and are working with 80% of Motor Trader’s Top 200 dealers. Our clients range from independents to fast fits and dealerships.
Although the supply of temporary vehicle technicians remains our core business, we have also developed bespoke permanent recruitment process outsourcing solution, Hybrid RPO, especially suited to multi-site dealers and franchises, and our Manufacturer Led Programme, supplying technicians trained to manufacturer standards on a temporary basis into dealership groups.
We have, and continue to, listen and respond to our clients' needs, and have launched two new divisions as a result – Autotech Apprentice, a consultancy which helps the aftermarket access the Apprentice Levy Fund and provides End Point Assessor services, and Autotech Training, delivering MOT-related and technical training courses.
We can now truly say we are a solutions provider!
One thing that hasn’t changed though, is our commitment to remain focussed on the automotive aftermarket – an industry we know inside out.
Our old brand has served us well over the last 10 years, but with the demands of digital channels and our more sophisticated offering, we recognised it was time for a refresh, with a brand-new look and a consolidation of all our brands - Recruit, Training and Apprentice - under one umbrella brand, Autotech Group.
We hope you like the "new" us! But remember, although we may look different, everything else remains the same!
