“I attended your AE MOT Managers course on the 17th and 18th of April and passed! I am extremely grateful for all the help and encouragement that I received from you. The course was run professionally and you answered my questions and assured me with the concerns I had with regards to the final examination. The course was interesting, there were videos to watch and any questions I had were answered. I can honestly say I enjoyed the experience. I can finally get my garage up and running as an MOT station.”
I originally attended an AE MOT Managers course at a college last November for MOT training, where I sat the exam and failed. I tried a further 6 times and failed. I wasn’t the only one who failed, most of the group failed and failed again numerous times. The difference in how the course was run was unbelievable. At college, the course entailed the tutor reading to us for two days and an exam at the end. I found the whole experience boring and didn’t learn a great deal from it. The resit was free but a fee of £35 for each exam after that. I asked for feedback which was just a copy of the result. No offers of any support or guidance as to where I was going wrong. I feel let down and disappointed in the college. What a difference in two courses!”
