Are you passionate about the automotive industry and seeking a new opportunity that allows flexibility and remote working? We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our clients growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients throughout their car service and repair journey. With your automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills, you'll provide guidance, schedule appointments, and ensure customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
This is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate being able to work in the office 2/3 days a week in Angel, London.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat while establishing rapport and trust.
Manage the online booking system to schedule appointments and ensure services are carried out efficiently and on time.
Use automotive knowledge and digital tools to diagnose customer issues, advise on the best solutions, and guide them through the repair or service process.
Communicate effectively with our network of trusted garages, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring complete transparency.
Prepare clear and accurate electronic invoices, explain costs to customers, and handle any queries or concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our system.
Proactively reach out to customers with service reminders and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Present opportunities for upselling additional services and repairs, providing clear explanations of their benefits.
Contribute to team goals and help improve overall service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers remotely.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.
Passion for the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
Proficiency in using digital communication platforms (email, live chat, video calls).
Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) is desirable.
A full, valid UK driving licence.
A home office setup with reliable internet connectivity for remote working.
