Our client are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their successful dealership in Oxford on a permanent basis.

Oxford
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays

Salary:
Up to £35,000 per year

• Builds rapport with customers to understand their needs
• Guides customers towards products that best meet their requirements
• Quotes prices, encourages genuine parts sales, and coordinates stock levels
• Handles warranty claims and ensures accurate administration
• Collaborates with the Service team to deliver quality customer service
• Explores trade sales opportunities and works seamlessly with colleagues across the center
