As a key member of the service reception team, your role will encompass:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing tailored advice
  • Scheduling MOTs, services, and repairs with precision
  • Creating detailed quotations for customer services
  • Managing vehicle check-ins and handovers seamlessly
  • Coordinating job orders and sourcing the right parts
  • Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's progress
  • Invoicing for completed work accurately
  • Clearly explaining services performed to customers
  • Answering phone calls and addressing customer needs
  • Processing payments with efficiency
  • Handling deliveries and returns with care
  • Opening and closing the premises responsibly

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of the motor industry, including vehicles, parts, and mechanics
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer service role
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude
  • Enthusiastic and proactive mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Basic computer skills (we'll train you on our systems)
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving License
