Key responsibilities:
Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Parts Department
Using the dealer management system to control stock input and output
Correctly identify parts required for customers and the workshop
The ability to work independently with a proactive approach
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

What We Need from You:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Automotive Parts Advisor role
· Essential experience with Kerridge and Pinnacle systems or equivalent
