Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise workshop resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives without compromising work quality, ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
• Ensure effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
• Lead, coach, and develop the workshop team to elevate their performance and behaviors while delivering results.
• Supervise workflow through the workshop to achieve high levels of productivity, efficiency, and utilisation.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the workshop.
• Drive and maintain a team culture of high performance and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a main-dealer workshop, as a current workshop controller or assistant service manager is essential.
• Solid understanding of the technical requirements needed to manage a team of technicians to deliver high standards of workmanship.
• Customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with a logical and methodical approach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Salary:

• £32,000 basic, OTE up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience and ability.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 1pm
