As part of this dynamic, customer-focused workshop, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly – from oil and filter changes to brakes, tyres, suspension and more. What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards – delivering quality every time.
• Performing routine tasks such as oil changes, tyres, brake work, suspension jobs, and more.
• Accurately diagnosing issues and documenting any additional work required.
• Explaining repairs clearly to customers (no jargon – just honest, helpful advice).
• Working closely with your service advisors and parts team to keep things moving efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 IMI (Light Vehicle Maintenance) or City & Guilds equivalent – with real-world garage experience.
• Proven background in a similar role, ideally within a dealership or busy independent workshop.
• Confident using diagnostic tools and repair equipment safely and effectively.
• A natural problem solver who works methodically and gets things right first time.
• A team player with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and pride in your work.
