Senior Vehicle Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join our client’s small and well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong mechanical background, excellent diagnostic skills, and a passion for ensuring vehicle performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections on various vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Identify and resolve defects affecting vehicle reliability and efficiency.
• Complete accurate documentation of all work carried out and communicate findings to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualified Technician – Minimum Level 3 certification.
• Experience in an independent garage preferred, or with multiple manufacturers.
• Proficiency in complex procedures such as timing chains/belts, suspension, and clutches.
• Strong fault diagnosis skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
