Competition Winner Information Form

If you are under 18, you will need to bring an appropriate adult over the age of 18 with you. Please provide their name below. However, some competition winners need to bring a parent/guardian with them regardless of their age for reasons such as not being able to drive etc. If this is the case, please provide their details below.

Competition closes at midnight on 29th September 2024. The Prize winner for each qualifying round will be drawn from all of the entries for each round two weeks before each round commences. The Prize winners will join the race team for the day, including access to the paddock, on the Friday of the relevant round. Prize winners must be automotive students currently attending a UK college or having completed an automotive qualification in the previous 3 years. No alternative dates are available. Prize winners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Prize winners must be over 16 years old. The Prize winner is responsible for their own expenses incurred in connection with the Prize, including travel, food and accommodation expenses (hospitality will not be provided for the winner or accompanying adult). No cash alternative will be offered. All Prize winners are required to take part in publicity for Autotech Group, NAPA Racing UK and Ruben Hage Racing including but not limited to visual images on all social media channels.

I consent to Autotech Group using photographs and/or video recordings of me to promote Autotech Group and its activities. I understand that images on websites and social media can be viewed throughout the world and not just int he United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides. I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and can be kept as an archive of Autotech Group. I have read and understand the conditions and consent to my images being used as described.

Autotech Group is committed to processing information in accordance with GDPR. The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections and deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask Autotech Group to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
