Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and issues across a wide range of vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Assemble mechanical components using technical drawings and schematics
• Carry out vehicle repairs using hand and power tools to a high standard
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices within the team
• Maintain clear and accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and inventory

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Technician role
• NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret vehicle systems and fault codes
• Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple vehicle types
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power equipment safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and in a team
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
