Let’s Work Together to Keep Technicians in the Motor Trade After Redundancy

We were saddened to see reports in the media regarding redundancies in the automotive industry. That's why we are reaching out to businesses who might be considering making technicians or MOT testers redundant, to highlight an opportunity to redeploy those individuals at risk and retain their skills in the automotive industry.

Work with us to keep technicians in the motor trade after redundancy
How we can stop techs from being lured out of the industry into other sectors?

Our proposal is simple: whilst your redundant vehicle technicians and MOT testers look for alternative full-time employment, we will offer them well-paid contract work in workshops across the UK.

Contract vehicle technicians and MOT testers are in extremely high demand at the moment and we have work we are unable to fill. Utilising temporary staff gives businesses flexibility and allows them to quickly respond to changing workloads.

It’s a win-win situation: you help your exiting techs into new roles and we support the automotive industry by stopping the techs from being lured out of the industry into other sectors!

What if you want to re-employ your former employee?

What's more, to underpin our commitment and as an acknowledgment of our clients' support, we will also offer to waive any recruitment fee should a client be able to take back a previous employee as a permanent member of staff within 6 months.
