Autotech Group, which includes Autotech Training, Autotech Connect, Autotech Recruit, and Autotech Academy, is excited to showcase its aftermarket solutions at the upcoming UK Garage & Bodyshop Event (Stand M28).

Our goal is to empower garage and bodyshop owners by demonstrating how upskilling their workforce and introducing new technology can secure the future of their aftermarket businesses and boost revenue streams.

Showcasing Autotech Training Solutions

In response to the critical shortage of vehicle technicians trained in Electric Vehicles (EV) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology, Autotech Training will highlight its IMI-accredited EV and ADAS courses. These courses can be conveniently delivered on-site at any UK garage, reducing costs and minimising business downtime.

Experts from Autotech Training will be available at Stand M28 throughout the event to discuss individual business needs, advise on the appropriate training levels required, and emphasise the importance of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for maintaining compliance with the latest EV and ADAS technologies.

Introducing Autotech Connect

This year’s event will also mark the show debut of Autotech Connect, a recent addition to the Autotech Group portfolio, launched last year. For the first time, Autotech Connect will join Autotech Training at Stand M28 to showcase its cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions.

Visitors can experience firsthand the capabilities of Assisted Reality RealWear headsets - innovative devices that are enhancing problem-solving efficiency and staff productivity within the industry. These demonstrations will offer a glimpse into how this technology is set to play a pivotal role in the future of automotive repair and maintenance.

“Training is vital if a garage business is to retain its customers and create new sources of revenue,” comments Alistair McCrindle, Autotech Training’s Head of Operations. "For many, the potential cost of losing workforce for just a day’s training is considered too high; however, there are many options available. The UK Garage and Bodyshop Event is the ideal platform to showcase how Autotech Training is uniquely positioned to help businesses navigate these changes and thrive.

We are delighted that Autotech Connect will also be on the stand with the training team. While our mission is to help close the skills gap through training and ongoing upskilling, technology is playing a vital role in helping to plug these gaps and support businesses as increasingly technical vehicles roll into the workshop.”
