Vehicle Technician - West London - ATR_17715

We have an exciting new opportunity for a fully qualified and experienced vehicle technician seeking a fresh challenge.

Our client are a family run garage who have been established for nearly 30 years and based in Teddington.

Responsibilities and duties:
Undertaking repairs to manufacturer warranty standards and repair procedures, including servicing / warranty repairs
Maintaining highest standards to meet customer expectations, including duty of care checks and dealer operating standards.
Provide excellent customer service.
Attending manufacturer training courses, both online and classroom, to attain / maintain manufacturer accreditation and to be at forefront of technology developments.

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:
Minimum Level 3 Qualification (with the right attitude and ambition)
Minimum 3 years post qual experience
Have many years of experience working on German Autos (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes) and japanese autos.
Smart and presentable with good communication and IT skills and ability to multi-task.
Punctuality, ability to work as part of a team and a hard-working attitude are essential.
Full, clean UK Driving licence.
Ability to speak, read and write perfect English.
Be competent with Snap On diagnostics, finding faults and carrying out repairs.
Be competent with using Autodata
MOT and Electric / Hybrid vehicle qualifications and the ability to weld is not essential but desireable.

Salary Base £35-£40k p/a depending on experience and skills.
20 days annual leave + statutory Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm
