Vehicle Technician - Essex - ATR_15447

We are excited to offer this opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician to join Essex & East London's best-loved family run, independent garage. Established in 2013, our client has expanded very steadily year on year and are professional experts in automotive (car and light commercial) vehicle repair. Specialising in diagnostics, hybrid and electrical vehicles and all aspects of engine management and Air Conditioning systems, they are an integral part of Autocare Group and Motor Ombudsman.

Responsibilities and duties:

•Perform fault diagnostics
•Carrying out wide range of repair work to the highest standards
•Provide excellent customer service

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:

•City & Guilds or NVQ Automotive Servicing & Repair qualification, level 2 minimum but ideally level 3
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in diagnostics & repairs
•Own vehicle and tools required
•Ability to work unsupervised in a well-equipped workshop
•A full UK driving license (up to 6 points)

•Salary of £26,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
•Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, Saturdays are classed as overtime
