Have you ever thought about working in recruitment? If so, we have some great news! We are currently on the look out for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, enabling our Academy sector to grow to the next level!

Autotech Academy places Level 2-3 mechanical college students into the automotive industry by placing candidates onto internships where, within three to twelve months, they will make the transition into full-time, well-paid permanent employment- and you will play a key role in this process!

You will learn and train from the best. Our team of 35 have many years of experience in the world of automotive and recruitment. We are a friendly and supportive enviroment, and although me might be biased, we have an amazing group of employees and the best management. You will see our CEO on a daily basis, which we know isn't normal in most companies!

The Opportunity of Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

You will be part a vibrant team of professionals with a responsibility for predominantly candidate resourcing for Autotech Academy. Alongside this, you will run your own region and build and develop your own client base whilst maintaining current customers. You will develop relationships and will be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded people.

Candidates must be organised, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have great attention to detail and is confident speaking to customers on a daily basis. You will enjoy interacting with a wide range of customers in a positive and efficient way, acting as a true ambassador of Autotech.

Although we are not a telesales enviroment, you must feel comfortable making calls and be able to have a confident conversation- this is essential! Dealing with warmer leads and occasionally attending customer sites to understand business recruitment needs will be required.

Pay Range: £21000 -£25,000. We offer competitive salaries that are reviewed and bench marked annually.
