Service Advisor - Mid Glamorgan - ATR_31732

Autotech Recruit are on the search for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our client on a permanent Basis at their site in Pontypridd. Our client are a well-established and successful Main Dealership who have been operating in the South Wales region for over 50 years. Despite their expansion they pride themselves on being a family business at heart, giving excellent service to each and every customer in each one of their dealerships.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity where you will be the first point of contact for the customers from the initial booking all the way through to completion, keeping the candidate well informed regarding the work undertaken on their vehicle and answering any queries that they may have.

You will need to be confident and professional when resolving any issues that may aries, managing customer and business expectations. Successful applicants will have at least 1 years' experience working as a service advisor or similar role.

Key responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers throughout the entire process of getting their vehicles serviced
Explaining technicial information to the customer in a consice manner
Managing key customer accounts, providing consistently excellent service to ensure repeat business

For the right candidate our client is offering between £26,000 and £34,000 with a competitive bonus scheme in place.
