Service Advisor - North London - ATR_31953

Autotech Recruit are looking for an experienced Service Advisor for their Client based in N17.

Our client are a growing and successful Electric Vehicle maintenance business who are looking for two Service Advisors to come on board and help continue the growth of the company.

The role is office-based and is not customer facing, all of the queries that you will be dealing with will be over the phone or email.

For the right candidate our client is prepared to offer up to £30,000 per year.

Key responsibilities:

• Delegating work to the technicians across the site.
• Keeping the customers/clients up to date with the status and costing of their vehicle.
• Presenting complex issues to the customer in a way that is easy to understand.

About you:

• At least a years experience in the Service Advisor role within the Automotive Industry, being able to handle a high volume of customers.
• Extremely well organised.
• Has very clear communication, with both the clients and the technicians.
