As the parent company for Autotech Recruit, Training and Academy, Autotech Group are looking for the next crop of talent to work on some important new projects!
Autotech was formed in 2010 and is a very niche company working with UK wide car dealerships, fast fit companies, independent garages and vehicle manufacturers such as BMW, Volvo, Toyota and Ford, providing recruitment and training services.
We think differently here and have built a culture where individual skills and personalities can shine through, and we are currently looking for a driven and pro-active individual who will join Autotech as our newest Recruiter.
The Opportunity of Recruitment Consultant:
You will be a member of a team of professionals with responsibility for account/ area management, client lead generation and candidate resourcing for Autotech Recruit.
You will run your own region and build and develop your own client base whilst maintaining current customers. You will develop relationships and will be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded people. With the support of your team and management, you will have full control of your own budgets.
Candidates must be organised, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have great attention to detail and is confident speaking to customers on a daily basis. You will enjoy interacting with a wide range of customers in a positive and efficient way, acting as a true ambassador of Autotech.
The role is varied, fast paced and exciting where you will run your own region, build and develop your own client base whilst maintaining current customers, develop relationships and be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded people. By having full control of your own budgets, you will also have the chance to earn uncapped commission.
Ideally you will have a previous contract recruitment/ resource or sales background, but this isn't a deal breaker. You must feel comfortable making sales calls, dealing with warmer leads and occasionally attending customer sites to understand business recruitment needs. This role will suit someone who has high levels of commercial awareness and sales skills and who is used to working in a fast-paced role.
Key responsibilities will include dealing with the day-to-day account management that comes with temporary workers and automotive clients, lead generation and actively conducting outbound sales calls to generate new business, client and managing candidates.
