Are you passionate about automotive parts and customer service? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading automotive business that’s looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with parts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to trade and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Process orders efficiently via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide technical advice and support where needed.
• Handle returns, warranties, and customer queries professionally.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong product knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• IT literate with experience using parts catalogues and ordering systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a team player.
