Autotech Recruit are seeking a experienced and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join a dynamic team within a growing and established dealership group.

What you'll do:

• As a Parts Advisor, your primary role will be to manage the workshop counter and serve trade customers, while being involved in all areas of the Parts Department.

• Your responsibilities will include overseeing parts inventory, allocating parts to their designated areas, and managing the return of exchanged or unwanted parts.

• You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels.

Who you are:

• You should be a team player who thrives under pressure and has strong computer skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential, as you'll be interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

• Your role will involve ensuring that walk-in and telephone customers are promptly attended to, and you'll be expected to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be focused on providing an outstanding experience for both internal and external customers, with a strong emphasis on customer retention and satisfaction.

For the right candidate our client are prepared to offer a competitive salary with an OTE of £33,000 per annum along with various other benefits.
