Autotech are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, a well established commercial vehicle dealership based in Broxburn. The site is part of one of the largest dealer networks in Scotland, and their aim is to employ the best staff for all positions to ensure they always deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and understanding customers needs
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatch correctly
- Adhere to the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts
- Monitor and maintain agreed stock levels and check deliveries against delivery notes, ensuring all parts are accounted for
- Assist with stock checks and process warranty claims
About you:
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role
- Experience working with commercial vehicles is desirable
- Knowledge of Pinnacle is essential
Salary and benefits:
- Basic salary up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- OTE £32k per annum
- Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
