Parts Advisor - County Donegal - ATR_29770

Autotech are recruiting for a Parts Advisor, on behalf of our successful client, to join their Malin branch.

With an award-winning sales staff & aftersales department, 'Donegal's number 1 Kia and Nissan dealer' are passionate about providing exemplary customer care. Working as a team they strive to achieve exceptional standards in this area, placing a strong emphasis on staff training, together with considerable facility development, which remains on-going.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing & ordering all parts (incl tyres, consumables etc.) for internal & customers
• Maintaining sufficient stock levels & forecast parts demand
• Complete invoices & credit notes on accounts system
• Complete stock takes
• Meet all parts targets set by management & manufacturers
• Deal with & manage all customer phone, face to face & email inquiries efficiently
• Work in line with the warranty department ordering, storing, returning & labelling parts
• Complete estimates for insurance, internal & retail work
• Liaise with insurance companies to agree repair work & order parts accordingly
• Assisting the aftersales department with all daily duties
• Complete bookings for servicing & repair work
• Complete vehicle health checks & ensure technicians receive correct required parts
• Work closely with the service advisor as part of the busy after-sales team
• Identify the correct parts needed & order in a timely manner
• Pre pick parts for the next day
• Check incoming stock & input correctly onto account system
• Ensure payment is collected from customers
• Maximise sales opportunities where possible

• Knowledge of vehicles
• Work well under pressure in a busy environment
