MOT Tester/Technician - Surrey - ATR_17853

Surrey Car Maintenance (SCM) was established in 2014 by James and Pete and has been steadily expanding ever since. In 2019 SCM became a certified MOT testing station with a brand new fully equipped MOT centre on site and, most recently, have introduced an accident repair body shop to the site.
Currently with 4 full time employees, SCM is a professional and friendly local garage with plenty of career development opportunities for the right team members.

Responsibilities and duties:
Carrying out fault diagnosis, service and repairs to the highest standards on all makes and models
Perform MOT test to DVSA and manufacturers' standards
Able to do other mechanical work such as servicing, cambelts, gearbox and general repairs & engine work
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Be confident working unsupervised

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:
Must hold a valid MOT Tester licence issued by the DVSA
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the servicing and repair of motor vehicles
Full, clean UK driving licence

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 / Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00
