Our client was established over 60 years ago, they are still family owned and are growing with Vauxhall, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan and Fiat brands as well as used cars sites and body shops.
They currently have sites in Sussex, Kent and Norfolk.

Responsibilities and duties:

Carrying out fault diagnosis, service and repairs to the highest standards on all makes and models
Perform MOT test to DVSA and manufacturers' standards
Able to do other mechanical work such as servicing, cambelts, gearbox and general repairs & engine work
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Be confident working unsupervised

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:

Must hold a Level 3 and preferably MOT Tester licence issued by the DVSA, although they will pay for relevant MOT training if the candidate is right for the job
Full, clean UK driving licence

Salary of £26,000 to £33,000 (depending on experience), plus up to £10,000 efficiency bonus per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 / Saturdays 08:30 - 12:00 (1 in 3 rota)
22 days annual leave + statutory Bank Holidays

Our client aim to train all Technicians to full Diagnostic and Master Tech level with MOT qualification and LEV Accreditations, so this a great career opportunity and the basic salary will increase with each level
