MOT Tester/Technician - East Sussex - ATR_18450

Our client are a small independent garage doing mainly mots and mot repairs plus servicing, some diagnostic work and fast fit repairs. They can offer you clean facilities, your own workstation and a ramp. There is plenty of scope to progress within this company and the opportunity to gain experience dealing with customers on the front counter. They have been established for over 18 years and have a very good customer base.

Responsibilities and duties:
Carrying out fault diagnosis, service and repairs to the highest standards on all makes and models
Perform MOT test to DVSA and manufacturers' standards
Able to do other mechanical work such as servicing, cambelts, gearbox and general repairs & engine work
Maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
Be confident working unsupervised

Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role:
Must hold a valid MOT Tester licence issued by the DVSA
Minimum of 7 years' experience in the servicing and repair of motor vehicles
Full, clean UK driving licence

Salary of up to £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 / Saturdays available as overtime if required
