Location: Hybrid - Office (Milton Keynes), home and client/event locations (this role covers the whole of the South of England, so candidates must be happy to travel. A vehicle will be provided.)
Salary: £40,000 p/a
Bonus: Performance-related commission scheme (OTE approx. £55,000)

Role purpose:
We are seeking an Interim Business Relationship Manager for a period of 6 to 9 months to drive business retention and growth across Autotech Group. As part of our Business Relationship team, you will:
• Develop a network to retain existing clients and attract new ones
• Research new market opportunities and support relevant projects
• Make sales projections and forecast revenue
• Maintain strong client relationships to boost long-term brand and profit

• Retain and build long-term relationships with clients
• Review sales records, revenue, and invoices
• Focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Identify market opportunities through events, meetings, and networking
• Provide insights into new markets and customer needs
• Offer financial projections and sales reports
• Host and entertain clients at events, including potential overnight or weekend commitments
• Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings and sector events

About you:
We're looking for a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and:
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Experience managing customer relationships and conducting service review meetings
• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Experience reporting on performance in a business environment
• Success in delivering against sales KPIs or targets
