Autotech Group are growing, expanding into new spaces and pushing the boundaries of the automotive recruitment, training, education and connectivity sectors.
We have five brands currently within Autotech Group- Recruit, Academy, Training and the newly launched Connect and within Autotech Group, we are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to be responsible for business retention and growth across Autotech Group as part of our newly formed Business Relationship team.
You will develop a network of contacts to retain existing and attract new clients, research new market opportunities for the group and support relevant projects, make sales projections and forecast revenue.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. Ultimately, you'll maintain strong relationships with Autotech Group clients to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
You will work with other members of the Autotech Group senior leadership team, to ensure readiness to take on growth opportunities. Support sales functions within Autotech Group, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Prioritise activities for retaining existing business with existing clients and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
•Review records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
•Prioritise activities focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
•Look for market opportunities through events, meetings, networking and other channels
•Provide details of possible new markets and customer needs
•Provide financial projections and sales reports
•Host and/or entertain clients at relevant events, which may require overnight, or weekends
•Prepare presentations and participate in business meetings, automotive sector and educational events
Who we're looking for:
You will have proven experience of working with customers and colleagues developing and maintaining working relationships on performance in a business environment and working within a team of professional staff.
We would like to see knowledge SLA's, reporting on performance in a business environment and managing customer relationships by conducting service review meetings.
Having excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage your own workload and having those all-important leadership qualities goes without saying!

Salary: £40,000 p/a
Bonus: A discretionary, performance related commission scheme paying approx. OTE of £55,000
This role also comes with a company vehicle and fuel/ charge card and will be hybrid between our Milton Keynes Office and home. You must be prepared to spend a lot of the time on the road visiting clients and attending events and networking opportunities.
