• To make outbound Service Bookings for existing and potential customers.
• To appoint existing customers for due Service & MOT.
• To follow up customers after they have had a VHC.
• To take inbound Service Bookings.
• To hit monthly targets.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
- You must have the ability to handle customer enquiries from inbound calls, be able to make outbound calls and respond to electronic communication whilst providing 5* customer service at all times. This role involves looking after customers in a professional and timely manner and to maintain our Dealer data systems with a high level of accuracy.
- This is a very busy roll with a target to make a minimum of 150 calls per day and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate 3 Years experience in a similar role as well as a can do' attitude and examples of delivering excellent customer service.
- The targets for this role are challenging in both volume and quality therefore a good pace and the ability to multitask is essential. The successful applicants will be dynamic, confident, enthusiastic and self motivated. You will need to have the skills to build rapport with our customers and other team members in order to build a lasting relationship.

• Salary of £20,000.
• 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday plus 9am to 1pm on every third Saturday
