We are looking for a Warranty Administrator on behalf of our client to join their successful team at their Bedford Site on a part time basis.

Our client have come a long way since their humble beginnings. Their vehicle workshops, including over 7-acres of truck parking and storage on-site, has grown a great extent since they started and still continues to grow. They are pleased to say that they can now cover all varieties of fleet vehicle, from the smallest of company cars, right up to excavators and tractors.

Key responsibilities of the Warranty Administrator role include:

•Compiling and submitting all warranty claims to the manufacturer for payment using Esigi
•Reviewing and reconciling weekly statements, addressing any outstanding claims or payment discrepancies promptly.
•Ensuring that all documentation aligns with manufacturer guidelines.
•Precision in preparing invoices and warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and departmental standards, adhering to guidelines related to claim negotiations and the administration of open time, clockings, and job card write-ups.
•Completing repair order documentation accurately and comprehensively, following warranty and other administrative systems outlined by departmental procedures through regular and documented self-auditing.
•Swiftly handling policy claims and ensuring accurate customer reimbursements.
•Precisely reconciling warranty credits and addressing discrepancies, shortfalls, or rejected claims appropriately.

Personal Requirements:
•Main Dealer experience
•Warranty experience
•Kerridge/Keyloop/Pinewood experience would be an advantage
•Customer awareness
•Good balanced approach
•Ability to work to deadlines
•Strong teamwork skills
•Confident and professional communication skills
•High level of IT ability to process claims electronically

Salary - £31,500 per annum pro rata (FTE 47.5 hours)
Working Hours - 16 to 25 hours a week to suit, can be spread across 3-5 days for the right candidate
