Working for Autotech Group, your role as Operations Executive will encompass operational and administerial duties for all three Autotech Group brands- Recruit, Training and Academy.
In this newly created role, you will be an integral part of the Autotech brand, working with and building strong relationships with multiple departments, teams and senior management.
Autotech Recruit, formed in 2010 is a niche recruitment company, working with clients such as BMW, Ford, Volvo, VW Commercial Vehicles and many more. Autotech Training provides hybrid and electric, MOT and technical training and Autotech Academy is a newly launched recruitment service for newly qualified technicians.
We have been established for 10 years and have ambitious plans for the future. We are a friendly team of 25 based in modern offices in the heart of Milton Keynes.
We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of Microsoft packages is essential, specifically Microsoft Excel where your skills will need to be intermediate at the very least. Because of the need to work across different companies, the right person will have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. We will be looking for someone who can demonstrate a proactive approach and using your own initiative, with the ability to seek and identify your own work.
What you'll be doing:
•Administration and telephone duties for all three brands, primarily Training and Academy.
•Managing compliance for all three brands. Pro-actively seeking ways to improve compliance processes and quality of data stored.
•Ensuring that candidates have correct documentation in place before they are placed out to work and meet contractual, legislative, and operational requirements.
•Liaising with consultants, candidates, and referees to gather any missing documentation required as part the candidate application process.
•To manage the maintenance and monitoring of all aspects of on-going compliance activities within the business ensuring all regulatory and corporate requirements are fulfilled, documented, and communicated.
•Identify, document, upload and maintain business processes and procedures and operational documents on Microsoft Teams.
•Design and implement compliance audit processes.
•Supporting the senior leadership team and adapting to priorities as business requirements change.

Basic salary: £21,500- £24,000 p/a based on experience
Working hours: 9am- 5pm (Monday- Friday)
28 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)
