We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager, based in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway for a leading supplier of tyres throughout Scotland.
Responsibilities and duties
Provide a first-class service to customers
Lead and develop a team
Promote sales maximisation whilst achieving optimum customer satisfaction
Improve service levels
Cultivate customer relationships to the highest level
Knowledge/experience/qualifications required for this role
Experienced people manager in a similar trade or retail organisation
Experience in managing inventory and day to day health & safety, ensuring full compliance
Managing and reviewing resources including people and assets, supporting continuous improvement of people and operational excellence
Branch Budgets, KPI’s, Stock/Inventory management
A full UK driving licence

Pay: Basic £30,000 per annum, OTE £35,000 per annum
Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on a Saturday
Holidays: standard, including bank holidays
Our client, a leading supplier of tyres throughout Scotland, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager for their site based in Stranraer, to manage a team of 8 people. This site supplies the Commercial and Agricultural industry and has an excellent reputation as experts in tyre management. Catering for a wide variety of customers including farm owners to large scale commercial fleets including vans, articulated lorries and all other types of HGV as well as tractors, combine harvesters and most other agriculture industry vehicles. This site also includes a MOT Bay.
