After a period of massive growth and expansion, we are looking for a Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our team.


So who are we looking for?

If you are proactive, keen to succeed and have a driven and determined attitude, we could well be looking for you. In this role, it is vital you are confident and comfortable on the phone and visiting clients, creating cold leads, chasing up warm leads and happy interacting and building relationships with clients.

You must be organised, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have great attention to detail and be confident speaking to clients on a daily basis. You will enjoy interacting with a wide range of customers in a positive and efficient way, acting as a true ambassador of Autotech Recruit.


Ok, I fit the bill, what is the role like?

The role of a Regional Recruitment Consultant at Autotech is varied, fast paced and exciting and whilst it is very rewarding, it requires hard work and a strong sense of business acumen.

You will have the opportunity to work as part of your own region alongside other experienced recruitment consultants and manage your own contractors and clients and set you own budgets, making hitting target more achievable. You will build and develop your own client base whilst maintaining current customers, develop relationships and be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded recruiters.


I like the sound of this role, what will I need to apply?

In an ideal world you will have experience within an automotive environment or similar and have a previous contract recruitment or sales background, but we know we can’t have everything and you might be the best thing since sliced bread and have neither of these.

You must feel comfortable making sales calls, dealing with warmer leads and occasionally attending customer sites to understand business recruitment needs. This role will suit someone who has high levels of commercial awareness and sales skills and who is used to working in a fast-paced role.

The salary we pay at Autotech beats the average for Regional Recruitment Consultant in the Milton Keynes area and in some cases, the country and after your probation period, you will be entered onto our uncapped commission scheme. On top of that, we offer a company mobile phone and laptop and vehicles where there is a business need.

We offer 28 days holiday including bank holidays with the opportunity to earn 2 extra days after certain lengths of service plus we close the office over the Christmas period.
