Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer care? Would you like to work on a flexible basis with a number of main dealerships, independent workshops, fast fit garages and more?

If the answer is yes to the above, then we want to hear from you! We are looking for temporary automotive Service Advisor's to cover long and short term contracts in multiple dealerships across the UK!

About the position:

The successful candidate for our Service Advisor position will have previous experience within a dealership and proven customer service skills.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be the main contact for the customer from initial meeting to completion and handing back of the vehicle. You will be responsible for liaising with the customer regarding the work to be undertaken on their vehicle and keeping them informed of the progress.

You will need to be comfortable and confident when professionally resolving any issues that may arise, managing customer and business expectations. Successful applicants will have at least 1 years' experience working as a service advisor or similar customer service role. Experience with Kerridge and Pinnacle systems (or other equivalent system) would be ideal. You will need to hold a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities:

•Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Vehicle Service Department
•Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto the dealer management system
•Managing progress of all jobs and liaising with the customer during progression of work and advising on technical queries/issues
•The ability to work independently with a proactive approach
•Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
•Ensure that customers are aware of all products and services available, including additional options, service plans, warranties

The detail:

•This role pays up to £21.00 per hour
•Guaranteed at least 40 hours per week
•Saturday working is optional
