Parts Advisor - Worcestershire - ATR_27302

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor on behalf of our well-established client in Kidderminster to join their team on a temproary to permanent basis.

You will need to be comfortable and confident when professionally resolving any issues that may arise, managing customer and business expectations. Successful applicants will have at least 1 years' experience working as a parts advisor or similar customer service role. Experience with dealer management system (or other equivalent system) is essential. You will need to hold a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities:

•Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Parts Department
•Using the dealer management system to control stock input and output
•Correctly identify parts required for customers and the workshop
•The ability to work independently with a proactive approach
•Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.

The detail:

•This role pays up to £21.00 per hour
•Guaranteed at least 40 hours per week
•Saturday working is optional
