Job Title: Automotive Master Technician
Location: Batley
Salary: £42,000 per year + Bonuses 
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive service centre, is currently seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical background who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on a range of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and MOT preparation.
• Utilise diagnostic equipment effectively to ensure accurate fault-finding.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records.
• Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Liaise with service advisors and customers when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent (Level 2 with strong experience may be considered).
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• MOT Tester certification is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
