Diagnostic Technician - West Midlands - ATR_36026

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician on a permanent basis, on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will bring strong diagnostic skills and a genuine enthusiasm for ongoing learning. Ideally, they will hold an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology with IMI or a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification.

Role Description

• Deliver high-quality repairs and aim for a first-time fix to exceed customer expectations.
• Carry out detailed video vehicle health checks to identify issues and recommend additional services.
• Keep workshop supervisors informed on job status and any updates throughout the repair process.
• Continue to develop your expertise through regular training, including the latest in electric vehicle (EV).
• Support your team members by sharing knowledge and guidance.
• Ensure your work area remains clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
