This recognition underscores our dedicated efforts and success within the UK’s automotive aftermarket through Autotech Recruit, our founding brand and the largest network of temporary vehicle technicians, MOT testers, and parts and service advisors in the UK.
Pioneering Solutions for Industry Challenges
Since its inception in 2010, Autotech Recruit has been the bedrock on which Autotech Group was built. With a mission to address the automotive industry’s challenges, brought on by the skills shortage and the evolution of mobility, Autotech Group has expanded its offering over the years, launching sister brands including Autotech Training, Autotech Academy, and Autotech Connect.
Through these brands, we have enhanced our offering to the automotive industry, from upskilling the workforce to integrating technology to counteract skills gaps. Notably, our Autotech Academy brand was recognised with the Global Recruiter Award nomination due to its paid internship solution for newly qualified vehicle technicians.
Further addressing the skills shortage, the launch of this brand has been instrumental in supporting young people's transition from education to automotive employment while offering a unique recruitment route for employers and broadening the talent pool.
Recognition and Future Aspirations
This year's recognition as a Global Recruiter Awards finalist acknowledges Autotech Group’s deep understanding and commitment to the industry we serve. It also follows the company’s 2017 Global Recruiter Award win within the Best Specialist Recruitment Business category.
Autotech Group now hopes to add another trophy to our growing roster of award wins following the Global Recruiter Awards ceremony later this year. Now in its 15th year, the awards recognise outstanding achievements within the recruitment sector, with ceremonies held globally.
