Autotech Group is delighted to announce it has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems, following a successful Stage 2 audit earlier this month.

This milestone not only confirms Autotech Group’s structured approach to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement, but also recognises the standards the company has upheld since its inception. The company also believes it is the ONLY organisation operating a specialist automotive recruitment business to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification – a distinction that sets it apart within the industry and highlights its commitment to leading by example.
The accreditation reflects a long-standing belief at Autotech Group: that delivering high-quality, reliable service is non-negotiable. It also reinforces the company’s focus on building a culture where quality is embedded in every part of the business – from internal systems to customer experience.

All four of the company’s brands – Autotech Recruit, Autotech Training, Autotech Academy, and Autotech Connect – played a vital role in preparing for the audit, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork across the group. Together, they showcased a united organisation operating with clearly defined procedures and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

Although the company will undergo external audits annually to maintain the certification, it has also committed to ongoing internal reviews to ensure that standards continue to rise.
