Autotech Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Ampofo FCCA as Chief Financial Officer. This promotion marks a significant milestone in Justin’s journey with the company since joining as Financial Controller in early 2023. Following a rapid progression to Finance Director within the newly established Senior Leadership Team last year, Justin now steps into the C-suite alongside CEO Simon King and CTO Laurence Abbott.

Strengthening Leadership for Sustainable Growth
Justin’s appointment reflects Autotech Group’s ongoing commitment to recognising and nurturing internal talent while reinforcing its strategic focus on sustainable growth.
Since joining Autotech Group, Justin has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, helping to embed data-driven decision-making across all business areas. His insights into industry trends and market opportunities have helped sharpen the organisation’s direction and drive performance, strengthening the foundation for future growth.
In addition to his role at Autotech Group, Justin also serves as Honorary Treasurer of the National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA), underlining his active involvement and leadership within the wider automotive sector.
A New Chapter in Autotech Group’s Evolution
Commenting on Justin’s appointment, Simon King, CEO of Autotech Group, said:
“Our company structure was designed to ensure we had the right leadership in place to drive sustainable growth across our four brands. Today, we have a strong senior leadership team at the helm, and Justin’s appointment to CFO builds on that strength. His insight has been instrumental in aligning our strategy with industry trends and growth opportunities.
"We place a significant amount of value in our team, and I believe Justin’s promotion sends a strong message to our shareholders and the wider industry that we have the best possible foundation in place to grow.”
Justin’s appointment comes at a time of positive momentum for Autotech Group. As part of the company’s restructured leadership and with four distinct brands under its umbrella, the award winning company is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of innovation and growth.
This leadership transition also marks the conclusion of Mark Armitage’s successful tenure as Chief Revenue Officer. Mark played an integral role in supporting Autotech Group through a significant period of change, contributing to the company’s growth and evolution. Mark now moves on to explore new professional opportunities, departing with the full support and best wishes of everyone at Autotech Group.
