The Role:
As Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the workshop. This includes managing workflow, allocating jobs, maintaining quality standards, and supporting both customers and technicians. You’ll play a key part in maintaining the garage’s strong reputation for professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and workload planning
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Provide technical support and guidance where required
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain workshop equipment, compliance, and documentation
- Contribute to improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
