This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Workshop Controller or an ambitious Senior Technician looking to take the next step into a leadership position. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing vehicle preparation, workshop workflow and staff performance, ensuring vehicles are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards before retail sale.

- The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- A full UK driving licence
Candidates currently working on the tools who are looking to step into their first management role are encouraged to apply. The right attitude, leadership qualities and understanding of workshop operations are just as important as previous controller experience.
