Are you an experienced Workshop Controller ready to take the lead in a fast-paced automotive environment? Autotech Recruit is seeking a motivated and organised individual to manage workshop operations for a respected client in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skillset and availability
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts departments to streamline workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
