The Role:
As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing all warranty claims from start to finish. You’ll ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and clear communication with both customers and manufacturers. You’ll play a key role in keeping the workshop compliant and financially efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time
- Liaise with manufacturers, customers, and internal departments
- Maintain warranty compliance and ensure all documentation is correct
- Handle queries and follow up on outstanding claims
- Keep detailed records of all warranty activity
- Support the service team with admin and communication as needed
