Diagnostic Technician
Location: Worcester
Salary: Basic up to £37,000 with OTE up to £42,000 + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our client in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious automotive brands in a modern, well-equipped workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding using the latest technology.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
About You
- Level 3 Qualified Technician (NVQ or equivalent) – essential.
- Proven experience in diagnostics within a franchised dealership or similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
