Vehicle Technician – Wigan
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour paid lunch)
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
We’re looking for two skilled Vehicle Technicians to join a brand-new vehicle preparation centre based in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking automotive business during an exciting period of growth.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of technician duties including diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and preparation work. You’ll also be doing heavier engine work, ensuring all vehicles meet the highest standards before they hit the road.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in a technician role or completion of an apprenticeship with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a busy prep environment
