Motor Vehicle Technician (Level 3) – Independent Bosch Service Centre
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000+ per year (Depending on experience)
Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat rota (TBC)
Location: Uttoxeter
I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, award‑winning independent Bosch Car Service Centre in the Uttoxeter area. They’re looking for an experienced Level 3 Technician who wants to leave the pressure of main dealers behind and join a more relaxed, supportive workshop.

About the Role
- Diagnostics & fault finding
- General servicing & repairs
- Work on cars, 4x4s, light commercials, hybrid & EV
- Aim for 80%+ efficiency
- Optional mentoring of junior techs
What You Need
- Level 3 Motor Vehicle Qualification
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong diagnostics background
- MOT licence is a bonus (not essential)
- Positive, reliable, team‑focused attitude
